Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rules governing sales between Wood To Home and any consumer placing an order via the website www.woodtohome.com.
Article 2 – Products
Wood To Home offers firewood, compressed wood, pellets, and heating accessories.
Each product is described with care, but variations in color or texture may occur due to natural materials.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation. Wood To Home reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Article 4 – Orders and Availability
Orders are confirmed once payment has been validated.
If a product is unavailable after ordering, the customer will be notified and may choose a refund or a replacement product.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Payments are processed via a secure SSL connection. Wood To Home never stores credit card information.
Article 6 – Delivery
Deliveries are available throughout mainland France within 24–72 hours depending on region and stock.
The customer is responsible for ensuring accessibility for pallet delivery.
If delivery cannot occur due to site inaccessibility, additional fees may apply.
Article 7 – Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without penalty.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Certain perishable or custom-made items are excluded from this right.
Article 8 – Warranties
Products sold by Wood To Home comply with applicable French and EU regulations.
In case of a defect, the legal warranties of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) apply.
Article 9 – Liability
Wood To Home shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by external factors (strikes, weather, force majeure).
- Improper use or storage of firewood by the customer.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the Tribunal de Commerce of Troyes, France, unless otherwise required by consumer law.
